Subnet DAO

Each subnet is accompanied by a corresponding DAO responsible for its management and governance. DAO members, who are also subnet members, participate in setting the price for compute resources, subnet infrastructure changes, node additions or removals and reward distribution across participating clusters. This decentralized governance model eliminates the risk of a central point of failure within the protocol.

This approach is followed by Sovereign subnets as well, however, the DAO ‘members’ would consist of one or more crypto address setup and managed by the entity that created the Subnet. Full Role Based Access Control (RBAC) is provided.
