Skynet Token

The Skynet token ($SKY) plays a vital role in the ecosystem's operation and serves as the primary currency for transactions within the protocol. Additionally, the Skynet token holds significance in supporting the Subnet and Global DAO operations within the protocol.

There exist various use cases for the token within the protocol, including but not limited to:

  • Payment for GPU and Compute resources.

  • Tokens utilized for transactions on the xNFT marketplace.

  • Payment for digital creations using xNFT.

  • Tokens are used for staking to increase reputation associated with clusters joining a subnet within the protocol.

  • Participation in Governance.

  • Incentives for bringing onboard DePIN GPU resources and Edge nodes.

The Skynet token is the lifeblood driving the protocol and its ecosystem forward.
